With over 20 years in the car industry and more than a year at McGovern, Mike's commitment to hard work is evident. As a father of five young children, he ensures his family is well cared for, while also extending the same level of care to his work family and customers. Our Employee Of The Month at the McGovern Subaru of Acton for April-June is Frances Raymond. Fran has been employed with Subaru for more than 22 years. We are so thankful for her loyal dedication to us during that time. Fran is an amazing woman. Not only is Fran a wonderful employee, but she is also a loving wife, mother, and friend. Fran comes to work every day with a smile on her face. She is always willing to help, no matter what is asked of her. She is almost always the first to volunteer anytime a Subaru Love Promise Event is being held.
Fran's tenure at Subaru is a testament to her adaptability and interpersonal skills, which are invaluable in the ever-evolving automotive industry. McGovern Subaru of Acton Employee Of The Month for the quarter of January through March is Alex Crawford. Alex is a driver for our parts department and has been with McGovern Auto for 6 years. Alex manager and peers state that he is always thoughtful and kind. That he cares for others and goes out of his way to help people when they need it. Alex is very dependable. Always comes to work, ready to help out and go where he is needed. He makes sure the parts department stays clean and in order. As well as he ensures that all of his deliveries are made in a safe and timely manner. Alex, thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. This month's chosen Employee Of The Month is Neil Prendergast. Neil has been employed with Village / McGovern Subaru for over 15 Years. Neil is a respected salesperson not only by his customers, but also by his peers. Neil's peers stated that he should be the Employee Of The Month for the month of December because of his great can-do work ethic, his consistent willingness to assist, and because he is just a great guy to be around. Thank you, Neil, for all that you do. November Employee Of The Month
This month's chosen Employee Of The Month is Erik Holm. Erik has been a Village / McGovern Employee for over 20 years. Erik is currently tied for third in our district for sales. He is not only one of our top salespeople, he also helps with swaps, and vehicle registrations when needed. Erik is an avid golfer with a mean backswing. He loves hockey, especially the Bruins. Eriks peers say that he is a perfect gentleman. He is so sweet and always so kind. He comes in every day with a smile on his face. Hés the kind of guy who can put you at ease in any situation. Erik comes in every day even sometime on is day off ready to work and gets business taken care of. Erik has so many repeat customers due to his impeccable ethics and dedication to his job. We are more than excited to share that Erik is our Employee Of The Month this month. Erik, you truly deserve it. You work so hard, and we are so thankful for you!Â

The chosen Employee Of The Month for the month of October is Erin Towne. Erin has been an employee with Village/McGovern for the last 9 years. With the votes she received, Erin's peers stated, that although she has a hard outer shell, when you take the time to get to know her, you learn that she has a big soft heart. She's here for every employee, cares about the company, rarely takes time off, and always goes the extra mile to ensure that work is completed correctly. There are so many tasks she completes that no one even realizes. Her job can sometimes be a thankless one but is definitely one that we can't live without. So, with that being said, Congratulations Erin! Thank you for everything that you do! We appreciate you!
September Employee Of The Month
The employee of the month for McGovern Subaru of Acton for September is Nelson Rojas. Nelson was chosen due to his hard work and unending dedication . Nelson is a beloved member of the Parts department in our dealership. There were several submissions for Nelson for employee of the month with glowing reviews because of his great attitude and easy smile. He goes out of his way to help everyone in any way that he can. His leaders even noted the times he has come in on his day off to help, due to being shorthanded. Nelson is a team player who shows great dedication to his team, his leaders and this company.
